Applied in SDS without upfront medical

I have applied for a study permit under SDS on 10th June but haven't been able to complete upfront medical (temporarily closed in India since 16th May).

I have received an appointment for 2nd July 2021 to provide biometric.

Does anyone know if they send a medical request letter to allow getting a medical done because upfront is not allowed still?

your application will be considered as non-sds. if you pass eligibility you will get medical request.

Do I need to submit my all educational documents Or
Just relevant educational documents with my study permit application?
