Applied in Canada under CEC but moved country

Hello Folks,

I applied my PR Application under CEC in Canada last year and due to certain reasons I had to move back to my home country.
Will my application be processed under CEC OUTLAND or INLAND.

Also,
I notified IRCC of address change and country change.

Please help if someone has knowledge in this matter.
