Great!! I have little less than 2 yrs under 0213. Would this suffice to qualify under FSW?
Before that I would come under 2171 and 2173. Could someone throw some light.

for the ministerial instruction criteria, you only need (at least) one year in a job listed in the misterial list. you have that with 0213.
For your points, you can count any experience that is skill type 0, A, B (ie 2171 2173 counts.)

the duties you have matches 0213. (its too close to the NOC desctiption)
I would suggest modify it to reflect your daya to day job, while retaining the required flavor.

Like.
1. Hired j2ee programmers and trained them for project delivery.
2. Discussion with customers for acquiring requirements, cost details etc.
ETC

Thanks ADA for additions,

Actually that was all i could write in form Boxes, i don't want to just put separate sheet so i just tried to fit them accordingly.

I am planning to mention further more in my Experience letter on later stages.

What do you suggest?

Jawad...

i'd say don't take the chance, explain as much as you can. I think a lot of people who don't fit 0213 will be saying they are 0213 so more explanation will be better than less explanation.

But everything you say now in the Sydney stage, be prepared to back it up in the visa office stage.

Thats is why i listed just that what i am and what i can mention in my Experience letter. But if you suggest me that just put as more as possible, then i will look for this.

well, dont put more than what your experience letter will say (thats just my opinion).

The reason is that, you may get through Sydney but might get declined later. So its best to get your experience letter to have more detail and put those down on your application to Sydney.
