Applied For Visitor Visa..

Hello..

My family and I applied for a visitor visa through an agent on July 16th. We have yet to hear anything from them. The thing is, when we had applied the processing time was around 20 something days, and it is now 50 days for people who are applying from Bahrain. So would our processing time be the latter? I'm very worried as I start classes on the 22nd of September, and we were hoping to go to Toronto for vacation before that.

"Processing time" is an estimate, not a commitment.

So even though first it said 20 days, it can very well go over that.

Thank you. I think if it's in the Abu Dhabi office, then it will ALWAYS go over that.

But what I meant was, since we applied then, would our processing take the approximately the time mentioned then or 50 days as it says now?

It might take any of those. Hard to say in which part of the process your application recieved... sometimes visa offices have the "updated on" info in their webpage for processing times. Look for it.

Yes, it said 50 days and it was updated on August 15th. I hope this means our earlier applications do not fit in that criteria.
