applied for the second time for canada business visa

Hi guys

Got rejected for the first time.
1) travel history.(travelled to uk and dubai)
2) in sufficient balance (I have showed 10000 cad)

Again I applied second time for canada business visa on 12th may. But still there is no reply from banglore visa office until now. Does delay means chances of refusal. Please guys help me if any body knows about it.

The processing time stated on the CIC website is only an estimate.... applications can be processed faster.... or could take longer than the current estimate of 22 days.

It's impossible to tell.... a 'delay' does not mean an approval or a refusal. You'll know only when the decision is made
