Applied for Super visa on December 23, 2022

I have applied for super visa for by Parents on December 23, 2022 who are located in Bangladesh.
they've never entered Canada before.
So far only biometrics were requested and given in mid January 2023. there are no updates since then.
How fast usually these applications turn around?
