applied for Super Visa...got regular Visa?

My parents have a valid regular Visa and we applied for Super Visa, specifically asked for super visa, added medicals and travel health insurance. Surprisingly, when we sent the passports, they gave my parents visitor visa.

Category should be PG, not V-1, right? Is there any way to conact them?

Which application platform did you use? Gckey or new ircc portal? What option did you choose?

IRCC portal. I chose the one that has "(super visa)" in the end.

Strange. I chose the same option but got super visa. But looks like this varies between officers.
