Applied for study permit, still in progress and program was cancelled and replaced.

Hello Everyone,
My Brother applied for study permit, and it is still in progress, then his study program got cancelled and replaced with a program similar to it. His formal program did not have co-op, but the new one has Co-op.

At this stage he is confused what to do at the moment. Can someone help advise him.

PAL was already submitted along with the whole file. We did upfront medicals also and submitted all.
