I APPLIED FOR my study permit 3weeks ago in kenya.normally the processing for study permits here is 9 weeks,in my application in the OPTIONALDOCUMENTS section which is provided online((that PROVIDE OR TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA APPLICATION AND CLIENT INFORMATION), i also applied for a TEMPORARY residency visa, i have since gotten a refusal for non permanent residency visa application (or so i thought)and am wondering whether there is a farther processing on my study permit application.The status application in my portal has changed to REFUSED.This is my refusal letter

1.i am not satisied you will leave canada at the end of stay based on travel history
2.not satisfied you will leave canada based on on your Family ties in your home and canada
i feel the application that has been processed is the temporary residence based on the letterr of refusal and time taken to process in my home country.should i lodge the complain in web form or this people will still process my study permit application?please assist.am distressed
