Applied for Student Permit already. Could I move my funds now?

Hello! I’ve just submitted my Student Permit application 3 days ago with a 4-month Bank Statement. Can I withdraw some of my personal funds now? Or will I be required to present yet another Bank Statement in the border? Will the IRCC check if my money is still in my account when they receive my application?

You may be asked to show the available funds you have, including other documents, enrollment, etc. at the border when you receive your permit.
