The Quebec government started an expedited PR program for those holding a Post grad degree from Quebec or is going to graduate in the future.
The program was started in February 2011. I recently applied for it, and would like to know if anybody has done the same. IT would be great to have someone to discuss the process and waiting times. Pls reply if you have any information.
