Applied for PGWP after getting rejected first time!

Hello

So my brother got rejected for PGWP last year and the reason it said that he didnt do full time hours at the school. We later on found out that he was eligible due to covid and also because he had one course in the last semester. However, we use the help of a lawyer. The lawyer got him a temporary visa approved first and then did a reapplication explaining everything. This has happened in Dec 2023 and still no updates and it was a paper file.

What do you suggest we can do?

Why did you wait so long? Why did you apply via paper and not online? What are his timelines (start, graduate, part time studies, online etc.)? You may need a lawyer because he is well past reapplying.
