Applied for parent -got a letter -confused

I live in Canada and My parents are also IN CANADA currently on vistor visa but they are from India .I soncer my parents under Parent/grandparent sponsorship in Sep 2018 (they were in Canada at that time as well on Visitor Visa) .I got below letter today.

what is the meaning of this letter .As my parents are here why application is being send to New Delhi?

What should I do next?

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted on behalf of ****** and family (if applicable).


You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be forwarded to New Delhi for further processing.


This visa office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.


Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative, you may find contact information for that visa office at www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp.

You don't need to do anything and you don't need to worry, this is their normal procedure. After assessing eligiblity (what people call AOR) CIC will transfer application to Local Visa office for further processing and Local Visa Office will contact the applicant if they need anything. Your parents doesn't have to be in India for processing of the application as they can complete processing steps such as medical from anywhere in the world.
