Applied for my mother's visitor visa March 27, 2024 from India & haven't heard yet

Hi There,

Looking to see if anyone has applied for their parents visa from India on and after March 27th 2024 has received a response. My mother had a visa which expired on April 30th due to her passport expiry so we applied for a new visa on March 27th. It has passed the number of processing days on the website (28 days I last checked). Does anyone have any suggestions if I can reach out to an officer to check? I'm getting married June 22 and would like to have her there.

Hello, i also applied for my brother on march 25, no update
 
Have you reached out to any offices? I applied from Mumbai and wrote to the Delhi IRCC office but the automated response said 27 days
