Applied for ICT need some information

Hi i am new to this Forum
I have appied for ICT (Closed Work Permit) and my spouse Open Work Permit and i will be Visiting Canada in couple of Months
i need to understand that once i get my work permit and after coming to Canada can i buy a existing Business related to my ICT or can i have partnership in the related Business with a Canadian, and after two Years of experiencE CAN I APPLY FOR PR IN CANADA

You are on a closed work permit so can’t work for another business.
