Hi, I am from Pakistan. I applied for the FSW app under old laws at December end but it reached Nova Scotia in January, FedEx confirmed delivery. Me and my husband applied under NOC code 1114 which was a safe distance from capping. We were told that applications will be received under old law till May 2015 until or unless or occupations get capped. Till date I have received no update or even acknowledgement which is very upsetting.
I also need to say that we have a very strong case, very high IELTS scores, good credential evaluation and blood relatives in Canada on both sides.

Please advice if my application will be processed or not so I can focus on Express Entry instead because we are eligible for that too. People say your application package is returned if not accepted, even that hasn't happened yet. I am in limbo because now I am going to have a baby too and obviously app will need to be updated. Please help me with authentic and viable information. I will be much obliged.
