Applied for CEC Inland but came back to India due to status expiry. Can I flip it to Outland after P1 to get physical COPR?

Hi all,

Hope you're all doing well.

I had applied for CEC Inland when I was in Canada but had to quit my job and leave Canada because my PGWP was expiring. The day I was leaving Canada was the day when I received my ITA (31st July, 2024). I submitted all the documents and continued the process from India (AOR - Sep 14). I received my P1 on Dec 16th where I responded with my details and mentioned that I am not in Canada and gave a random approximate date of travel. They responded saying that I will have to re send the information when I get back on my approximate date and then they will continue the process of P1 P2 and eCOPR.

My question is, is it possible for me ask IRCC to send me PPR and issue a physical COPR so I have do soft landing after getting my passport stamped? If yes, then how can I do this?

I'd be really grateful if anyone can answer this question.
