I have applied for Canadian Citizenship after completing all the requirement. I have test and background completed so far and am awaiting my LPP approval. However, early this month I have got my US Green Card approved. Do I need to inform IRCC that I have US Green card now via webform? Will it impact my Citizenship application process or cause any delay? Anyone been through this situation?

Other countries permanent residency don't have impact on your citizenship. You can inform them via webform.
Thanks for the reply. I have submitted a webform today informing IRCC for my US Permanent Residency status.
