Applied CIC on 1st Nov 2014.No AOR yet..

Hey,
I applied for provincial nominee program ,immigration office received my file as per Canadapost on 1st Nov 2014.Till now i dint received any file number or any confirmation mail regarding receiving my file.Is that normal?Any one applied under same time spam?

according to many forums these days, it typically takes 4 months to get AOR..
