Hello People!
I had applied for Study permit on Sept 21st 2019 (for Jan 2020 intake). My visa got Rejected on 3rd Oct with the below reason ALONE. The visa officer dint raise any concerns around my SOP its just the conditional letter of acceptance created issue (many people told it might be random rejection and all which I am not sure).
"I am not satisfied that you meet the conditions of your Letter of Acceptance, therefore I am not satisfied that you have a valid Letter of Acceptance from the designated learning institution in Canada at which you wish to study"
Background: I had couple of conditions mentioned in the lRCC letter provided by the Univ. 1. submitting the markssheets and 2. one course completion. Basically had conditional offer letter.
Now, I submitted the required documents to the Univ and completed the asked course as well, post which I received the Unconditional Letter of acceptance. I have re-filed my student visa again on Oct 10th 2019. I see only my Medicals got updated on 17th Oct. After this I don't see any update yet. I some how feel little nervous can you guys put your thoughts on below questions
Q1. What do you think are the chances of me getting the Visa this time?
Q2. As my SOP was accepted well during the 1st visa file as only the Univ letter of acceptance created issue, do u you think they might find any new reason this time? (i know it depends on the SOP, but just wondering if they will say "you might not come back" and all, as i dint change anything in the SOP for the 2nd application and have just put the explanation of the 1st rejection with justification along with the existing content)
Q3. Main reason of nervousness is that they are taking little long this time to update my profile compared to the rate at which people are getting responses, any thoughts on why it might be the case?
