Applied BOWP on April 2015.

Hello all BOWP applicant,.
I applied my BOWp on 24 April 2015, and I paid around $255 something and again Imm Canada charged me $100 on May 29 2015. Anyone has idea what was that for?

What is BOWP fees? please anyone can tell me? coz they charged me weird way. $255 first and after 10 days they charged me $100 again. for what?
