I have tried canada visa in 2001,bit due to less experience I got refused now in current system EE profile demands past record, but at that time I got 10 digit ref. Number but in EE system only 8 digit permitted. So guide me

The best advice would be to call CIC's call center and ask for the help.

But if you don't know your UCI number, I think you should say it's the first time you apply.

any idea how to dial CIC number from India ? i tried the number 0016139444000 , it didnot ring.
