Applied August 5... visa approved today on August 25, got a question

Hey guys, just wanted to leave an update

Online app, abu dhabi - applied for SPP on August 5 (second attempt) and got it

My question is; the passport request came before my visa approval. VAC told me I will be notified 4-5 days in. Now should I go to VAC now, when my visa app status has changed to "approved" or will they tell me when my passport is ready for collection?

is it possible to apply 2nd time under SPP ??

i know study permit applications are country specific, but i don't think a second chance is given under spp,,,
