Applicatoion Deadline too close!

Hello everyone!

I am applying for MEng in industrial systems engineering at the university of Regina for May 2014 session. The problem is the deadline is too close i.e 30th November. I have all my documents ready I just have to send them. Can anyone tell me if it is possible that the university considers my application? If not, will they defer my application and consider it for the September session?

thank you. I read somewhere they demand that international students should apply a month before the deadline, which is what concerned me.
