I finished my bachelors degree in 2018 and i have 7 backlogs.
will 7 backlogs will affect my admission for post graduation programs?

Each university has its own admission schedule and criteria, you apply for a student permit only when you are admitted and close to moving to Canada.
I don't know what you mean by 'backlogs' but if you mean you had failed any classes in college then this is something you deal with in the admission process who will assess your academic record it has nothing to do with applying for the visa.
