I think Anil is the best person to guide you in this, i suppose he had to go through the same procedure.

Does this mean you have received your passports without the visa and asking for relamination?

This goes to show that they dont care fo our important documents, not the dates as well, for us there is always a timeline beyond which our files will be closed but they can do whatever they want with our documents.

Congratulations Bhavik.. its all done now.

My consultant had called me today, and said "ND VO has issued letters to a couple of his candidates asking to bear with them for the slow processing as they are short staffed and have only 2 visa officers as of now, and any thing further will work from June Mid".

NDVO is issuing letters saying they are short staffed ???...thats funny ....
Please dont buy such things ....its not true at all ....they dont even care to send
a proper reply to case specific inquiries ...all they send is a computer generated
automatic reply ...so it doesnt make any sense at all ...
I am sure things would speed up now since the minister jason kenny is back !!

Apply to the New Delhi Passport Office asap with their misc form.

you need to check with the passport office wrt time lines.you can get the services under tatkal system also by producing the necessary documents to the passport office.Though its bit hectic and govt procedure takes its own sweet time but as far as passport goes this is the best option.

Hello people!

I am pre june 26, 2010 applicant and only received 2nd AOR so far. My noc is listed in post june 26, 2010 applicants list. According to latest news CIC is saying they are giving priority to Post jun 26, 2010 applicants and so far only 12000 applications from post june 26, 2010 applicants are received while pre june 26 applicants waiting for decision are 150,000 applicants. I am also aware that new policy is coming on 01 july 2011 and points allocation will be changed in that policy and I might not qualify in that policy.

I want to ask you people is it time for me to apply now in post june 26, 2010 to be included in 12000 list of applicants to be processed earlier rather than waiting in 150,000 applicants,

All replies will be appreciated.

I think CB has received call from VO to collect passport by hand and asked him to submit newer ones.

So need not to be panic. Case similar to Anil. Its my guess only

I sent an email to CHC London earlier and I expressed my concern on the handling of my application. Their response was;

"Your application is currently awaiting officer review. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to. "

I'am not sure how this helps. The bottom line is still the fact that for reasons best known to them, they've abandoned the

applicants who applied earlier (July, August,...) and have continued to process the more recent applications. My status is still RBVO.
