Bank Certificate meant the certificate stating the current balance of my SB a/c signed by the Ban manager. I have not provided the bank statement.

My concern is that if they ask me for the statement they can find that i have deposited the whole required POF in one day........

Anyway Let me wait and see.....

And why would you deposit the whole required POF in one day? Large deposits must be explained.

If it is your money you have nothing to fear, you just need to show the source of the large deposit. Where did it come from? If it is from another account of yours, simply show the statements from the other account.

As long as it is your money and you can prove it, you need not be concerned.

If you borrowed the money from someone for immigration purposes, then you are in trouble because you've defrauded CIC, so I hope it is the former!

By the way, VO Londoners, we have sent a well-worded e-mail to Minister Kenney pointing out the inconsistency of the processing at London VO both compared to other VO across the world and internally, when applications are not being dealt with in any kind of order, it seems and that was sent a couple of days ago so no reply as yet.
Also no reply to the case specific e-mail sent nearly two weeks ago.
We are as frustrated as anybody, especially as my husband must return to Canada on Sunday without me and then the separation and waiting begins all over again. We have been apart for 8 months now and I am sick to the heart every day of it.
When we began, the VO was confidently predicting 6 months for Cat 2 processing and yet here we are with no meds even yet and PER was in January. Even that for us was after over 130 days, when now we see PER for some lucky people after as little as 40 days.
It is a shame for all of us who are waiting from before Christmas because there is no pattern to anything.
Now kolhapuri has received something, maybe we and wenstumped could have cause to be hopeful? Bufalo could do with getting something moving as well. Canadajimmy - we are still rooting for you.

Can you post the comtents of the letter. I would love to send same regarding the KINGSTON VO.

Dear Amar,
I applied through ***** in Dec 2003 but the jokers sat on my application for 3 months and submitted it to CHC on March 7, 2004. Got update request in mid 2008, sent updates and no further action since then. My NOC is 3111 ( Specialist Physician).

Fed up of waiting, I reapplied on Jan 6 this year, got PER on March 14, status changed to RBVO on April 9. No further action since then. When I look at the Delhi tracker, I find a couple of bunches waiting for AOR while so many others members who applied later than them progressed further. I was wondering why this disparity in processing. If we could add another coulmn in spreadsheet indicating whether one is a first time applicant or a second time applicant, it could throw some light if second time applicant take more time to process.

I request all second time applicants to let us know they are second time applicants to enable us to establish or refute the conjecture that it might be affecting the processing.

I am a second time applicant here. I have an older applicant in december 2007 with no change in processing since I applied. However when it comes to my new application post june 2010, I have accomplished medicals and been asked to submit passport for stamping the permanent residence visa. Now I believe that older applications do not affect the speed of processing. It is pending on a bunch of several reasons. One of them is the officer who is in charge of your application. The way your documents are organized and appear simple or complex to the eyes of the officer. Backgroud check including number of countries you have lived by and travel history not breaking any visa date giving a clue about your commitment.
I hope you are getting your visa soon stamped together with every single applicant here
