Your application (NOC1122) was received by CIC on November 18th? I think the cap for this NOC was filled around 28th October. Do you know if yor DD has been encashed?

For DD the money get encashed immediately

Sorry to say but NOC 1122 cap got filled in late October and all the application received under that NOC post that date have been returned.......... refer 'Returned Application' tab in the spreadsheet..........

If you are FSW2, then u r gud to go.....

Till the time submited the apllication No update was given later at the november it was updated in website and i keep getting newsletter from canadavisa and this info was on post my application recieved

Indeed. I have serious doubts that a 1122 FSW1 application which reached CIO on 18 November could possibly have been encashed. Even if it was encashed in error I expect it is probably winging its way back to the applicant as we speak.

Very sorry to break the news like this but there is very little chance that the application will be accepted.

However, all is not lost! There are now only a few short months until the new fiscal year, and if 1122 is still on the list you can re-apply then. Or you can try to secure a job offer, or investigate provincial nomination possibilities.

Though I have not received any email/letter from the VO, but today my ECAS status has changed from "In process" to "Received_by Visa Office".....

Shall I consider this as 2nd AOR?

In the last few days of the 1122 NOC reaching 1000, CIC were duly updating the numbers on the website almost daily. When it was completed, it was updated the same day. Even when it was 920 something, they had an asterisk saying the athe cap may be full by the time your app reached them.

The website was updated to say that NOC 1122 was filled in very early November.

Applications received on 28th and 29th October were returned because the NOC cap for 1122 was full. Regrettably no amount of "faith" will allow your application to travel back in time 4 weeks or so to make it into the cap.

But as I mentioned in my previous post you have other options, so I wish you the best of luck.

Hi, nope, I am afraid not. "Received_by Visa Office" is actually 1 stage behind "In process", but when the applications were put onto ECAS they were all "In process" and are slowly being changed to accurately reflect the status of the application.

When visa office start looking at your file - as well as expecting a 2nd AOR + medical requests your application status should go back into being "In process".

Our status is also "Received_by Visa Office".

Hi, the bank drafts does not get encashed immidiately...it is only when CIO finishes the completeness check, will charge. But I guess in your case it would have been better if you could have held the application untill 30th June/11 and then send it in new session ie 01 July/11(subject to condition that NOC 1122 still exists).
