Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

I think we are only 4 ME ( Amro ), Anil , Wayen and asaif who are doing this although there more 4 but there are not active no more so i think we should add 4 more people and delete who is not doing the editing for me i'm trying mt best but some times i miss some stuff

anyway i think the spread sheet was very helpful for all of us and at least i always find 20 people opening it most of the time

Chetana MUST have meant PER received 9 FEBRUARY (not Oct)??? If not, CAM is going to have to think of a catchy new title Chetana Cyclone because this blows the Wakawaka effect right out of the water, LOL!!!

hey everyone,

a bad news crashed today on me. I have received a letter from CIC that they have not processed my application due to incompletness. They have stated that i have not submitted Proof of Funds and so my application is being returned.

So sorry to hear your news nish
None has received PER without sending POF
As per my understanding you have to file a new application but unfortunatrly you are unable to do so since you NOC has already been reached it's cap.

I second Hasib on this Nish .. No way one can get past the completeness check without POF documents, leave out the eligibility review stage.

Ok I am still confused. Nish, did you fail to include ANY proof of funds, or did they find the proof of funds that you did include unacceptable?

I cannot see how an application can make it passed a completeness check without including any proof of funds?

I just checked the OP6 manual, and I thought they would give an opportunity to supply extra documents if proof of funding is insufficient, but it seems that is only for pre-Feb-2008 applicants:


12. Procedure – Assessing the application against FSW selection criteria

the applicant does not initially
demonstrate that they have
sufficient available funds to
meet the requirements at time
of application
inform the applicant of the officer‘s specific settlement funds
concerns and give the applicant the opportunity to address
this problem.
(This instruction applies only to applications received
before February 27, 2008)

the applicant is unable to
demonstrate that they have
sufficient available funds to
meet the requirements
- refuse the application and proceed to Section 15.


So it seems they refuse the application and proceed to the next section. I am just wondering how it ever got past the completeness check if the proof of funds were not included at all?
