Application within Canada

Hi,

I'm applying from within Canada (currently under work permit and temporary residency). My sponsor is my wife and she's canadian.

On the form IMM0008 what should I list under point #3 how many members....
1=> me only (the sponsored person)
or 2 => me (the sponsored person) + my spouse (the sponsor)


Also should I list her as my dependent further don the form?

Unless you have dependent children (non Canadian included in application) the answer is 1
