Hi,

I recently submitted my application for Express Entry (twice) and both times it said I was not eligible.

After digging through all the forum threads, I think the reason why I was rejected was due to the work experience piece. I think the NOC details that I shared was not correct in two parts:

• The NOC code I used > It is still 70% similar to the titles i selected
  • Uber Freight - Tracking Specialist > Data Entry Clerk (Sept 2018 - Mar 2019)
  • Uber Freight - Account Manager > Manager Logistics (April 2019 - July 2019)
  • Uber Eats - Courier Operations Manager > Senior Manager Logistics (Aug 2019 - June 2020)
  • Sheba Platform Ltd - Assistant Vice President > Senior Manager Finance (July 2020 - Dec 2020)
  • foodpanda - Senior Logistics Manager > Senior Manager Logistics (Jan 2021 - Present)
• The length of the experience > I read somewhere that I would need to have 1 year of continuous work. If you check above, unfortunately, it's all under 1 year. However, I was with Uber as a company for close to two years.

Can someone please help me verify if the NOC I selected look correct and if the I can select my experience of Uber Freight and Uber Eats under logistics as one NOC? Or should I wait for a few months till the foodpanda job is over 1 year.

You need to have at least one year of continuous work experience in a single NOC that is skill level A, B or 0. You don't have that based on the above. In terms of whether you can combine your work experience until a single NOC, that will depend on the duties. The duties need to match the NOC you are using to classify your work experience.
