when I try to upload documents. I tried clearing cache, tried all browsers in normal and incognito modes, no change. I have heard horror stories on other posts about missing deadlines and having to re do the whole application multiple times.

Anyone else facing this?

Yep. I am facing the same issues. A few other have been facing the same error message yesterday and today.

Experiencing the same thing. I was able to upload most of my documentation on Friday Aug 14 but having issues uploading the remaining pieces now. Wondering when they fix it.. Let me know if you get that resolved..
