Application Visitors Visa in Manila

Hi guys,

hope someone could share some idea on this..
I am about to travel to US on sept 20, and im planning to apply for tvr next week..
how long does it take for my visa to be process in Canadian Embassy Manila?
Will my passport be back on time just before my flight on sept 20?

if you apply next week, you should be getting it before Sept 20...as always apply ahead and do not rely on the average processing time posted in the CIC website...based from what I've read in this forum for TRV filed in Manila, processing are much quicker though...
