Hi, I was filling out Financial Evaluation form and came across question 13 - calculation based on the preceding 12 months. Do I still have to fill it in even though I am producing Option C printout with enough income (when combined with my husband's income)?

When I submitted mine I mentioned the tax year for which I got the Option C printer out...ie. 01/01/2007 to 12/31/2008 for tax year 2007.. Option C was for tax year 2007
