Hi I am considering to apply for Quebec PNP program or Express entry immigration program while,
1. I have a pending Immigration application in AUSTRALIA - Skilled Sponsored (Class VE, subclass 176), submitted on 29 June 2009, which under priority processing group 5 , have not been withdrawn yet.
2. My sister who is a citizen of USA have petitioned on my behalf (case type I-130, Petition for Alien Relative on June 29, 2012) for immigration in USA
My query is that, will it create any problem due to the above situation?
