Application to CIO after Nomination :: Question

Hello,

I already submitted my application to CIO Sydney after nomination from Alberta Government.

I am working under NOC 2241 & B category so I do not need IELTS. That's I know .

But In Generic Form..There is one question, which says Did I take language / English Test ? And I said Yes... But I did not include result because ONLY C & d Category in PNP need IELTS.

Do you think I will get application back because I said yes.

Please let me know ...Do I need to worry ?

I think the answer is no . In the way that you responded required to attach the evidence for IELTS .
I 'm waiting for the answer for the nomination where I have a lawyer where we filled CIC forms.
In the answer that you responded, my lawyer replied no . My offer of employment is manager restaurant under NOC 0631.
I asked a lawyer about this issue and for NOC O,A and B is not necessary IELTS (non mandatory).
I hope you will not have problems.

I think I should be OK because my nomination certificate says my Job Title "Electrical Engineering Technologies" with NOC 2241.
And which is NOC B.

So, CIC Officer would identify that I do not need IELTS for this.

From which province you are nominated? How long has extended the nomination procedure of the date that you apply for nomination?

Thanks for this response. I am also in NOC 412, (A) and I was worried about submitting IELTS results.
I am nominated by MPNP and applying before the end of January 2015.
However, I have a question.
I have two adults dependents who have been issued separate LOAs and are to apply on their own since they are not with me here in Canada, are they to submit the IELTS results?
The LOA suggests that they are to submit all documents requested by CIC.

Hello,

I applied in Jan 2014 and I got PNP Certificate on Dec 2014 first week.

And I am nominated by Alberta. Look like that too much delay is going on to get AOR.
