To those who have submitted their applications and is either waiting, approved or denied, how long did it take for each line item in the portal to update? I want to see how long each one updates.

Review of eligibility - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.
Review of medical results - You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents - We do not need additional documents.
Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics - We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I submitted my Regular Stream application online last April 17. I got a notification for biometrics last April 18. I will be doing the biometrics today, April 22. I've completed the medical prior to the submission of my application. I'd like to know what to expect and how long each one takes.

Just checked the portal today, April 22. Medical results now show PASSED.

Mar 5 - OWP returned in mail due to incomplete fees
Mar 5 - PR Medical request
Mar 25 - OWP resubmitted
Mar 26 - Medical complete
Mar 26 - OWP received per mail
Apr 5 - PR medical passed
April 12 - Connected PR to GCKey
April 18 - Connected OWP to GCKey
Jun ? - PR BGC started
Jun 4 - I had a PR ghost update

Oct 22nd, 2019 - Biometrics completed
Oct 29th, 2019 - Student Permit approved

After submission of biometrics I was notified they were processing my background check, then I got an email this morning saying they were reviewing my eligibility and I got approval about 4 hours later. I don't think processing time on the website means much cause mine was supposed to take around four weeks!

thank you! they showed up as completed on oct 22nd and on the 29th I got a letter saying they're valid for ten years, my final decision came later that same day.

Every office is different! I'm pretty sure it takes longer for some people, hope you get an update soon!!
