Application Submitted for NSNP sucessfully but my SURNAME is missing

Hi Experts,

On April 28th i have submitted Nova Scotia provincial application successfully, But in the application my Surname/Lastname is missing. i have given correctly with out missing any fields in the whole application. But not sure how it missed. Please let me know how to take this further in Sorting this.
