Application Submitted before Jan 2015 will be considered under current rules???

Hello Everyone,

Please note :- Under CEC category

I have a question which always leave me in stress. I have submitted my application in october 2014 ,and still waiting for AOR number. my question is :

If I don't get my file number before January2015 , will the CIC going to consider my application under current rules or will I have to apply for Express entry ??

How longs does it takes to get the AOR number ???

Is there any way I can find under what process is my file right now ????

Hi,
stop worrying please. Your file will be processed under the current rules. The most important date is when your application has been received:
year 2014 current rules.
year 2015 EE.

All applications receieved by CIC on dec 31st 2014 and earlier will be processed under current rules for CEC.
