Application Status

Hi All,

I have applied for PR in Sept '08 AND my Job Profile is not on the Demand List issued by Canadian Goverment.

Till now i have not received any letter from High Commission indicating that they will not process my application ETC.

Has anybody experinece the same,please suggest the way forward.

Still there is a Hope that they may consider my application.

I am also in the same state...... I had applied in November 2008... They did not send any request for documents also they did not send any refusal letter...

Current online status is Application received.

The applications sent now are being processed while those who applied earlier are kind of stuck..

Well if its not on the occupation list then most likely will be rejected and luckily you will get the refund. But in case if they accepts the application then let us know. Everything will be judged according to the new rules after feb 2008.

It doesnt matter if they gonna reject it or not.. but atleast they should process applications which were submitted before november 28...... I am in double state of mind... if a person gets refusal letter he will go for other options, Australia is still open........

Good thinking for Australia and apply in Area of Need (aon)~chances are bright for rejection unluckily and they will first send the rejection letter then after sometime the fee.
