Application status tracker error

I tried checking the status of my application using the application tracker sir. And I keep getting this error:
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

Okay, it has to do with the number of people in your application. If it is 1 person then try typing 2. Because it takes Sponsor into account.

If it is 2 people, then it is 3. ( 2 applicant + 1 sponsor) and so on.
