APPLICATION STATUS NO UPDATE - APPLIED MARCH 3 2017

I have submitted my application PNP outland to CIC on 3 March 2017 and AOR on 4 March 2017 with no update until now . Is that means that no rejection anymore ( documents complete ) after more than one month of checking ? what is the average of time until we get some update like Medical passed ?
