application status moved backward

My online status was 'decision made' for about 1.5 months but all of a sudden it changed to 'In progress' again! Has anyone seen this happening in the past?

My online status was 'decision made' for about 1.5 months but all of a sudden it changed to 'In progress' again! Has anyone seen this happening in the past?

Happenned to me in 2012 when I got passport request to stamp my PR visa, and then a few days later they notified me to ignore this passport request because they still have to do some checks. So then for another 2 months I was in process again
