Application status is not showing my application

Hi,

I was able to check my application status 2 months ago in July while I need to send in the medical exam result, an email came from CIC confirmed the receipt of the result in Sept and today I can't find my application, any idea what is happening?

permanent resident within Canada - AINP

2013

Oct:Application package sent
Nov:medical exam request by email (missed, did not response to this request)

2014

July: 2nd medical exam request

"You were sent medical forms and instructions on November 29, 2013. This is a reminder for you to make arrangements to visit the office of a Panel Physician (PP) to undertake your medical examination as soon as possible. "

Sept:email confirmed the result has been received

July~Now:cannot check my status online

well it seems like only option is to ask them for the status update on your application.
there is nothing we can guess about this kind of stuff here.
they might have been confused and deleted your application from online since you have not been doing medical for a almost half of year.


just try to contact them first or call although calling them barely solves problem but still gotta try everything you can
