I live in Canada, and I am originally Syrian. I have applied to sponsor a family Syrian refugee, who live in Lebanon. we applied to sponsor them under 5 group sponsorship. we sent the application on October xx, 2015. The application for the Sponsorship and the permanent resident application to the sponsored family was received on October xx, 2015. We submitted the application in Canada. We received our acknowledgment letter by the mail on November xx, 2015 saying the application to sponsor the family was approved and the permanent resident application was submitted to the visa office in Lebanon.
Now I checked the application status online using e-cas. for the first week way saying
we received the permenant resident application on October xx, 2015). a week or two weeks latter the online service was showing as the application in Process but when I click on the under line status the information was still the same ( we received the permenant resident application on October xx, 2015 ). I was checking the status daily and a week from that change I logged in and the status of the application was showing me APPLICATION RECEIVED, and when I click on the under line status the information was still the same.
What does that change mean from application received to in process and then back to application received ?
and does checking the status of the application online daily effect the application online?
