Application sent to further review. What does that mean? plz help

Dear experienced people,

I called the CIC call center lately to check on my citizenship status and the officer informed me that CIC has received my fingerprint results and my application has been sent to further review. What does it mean? Are they going to start assessing my application from scratch? is this going take long time? Could you advice please?

No idea. It might just mean they are going to review the fingerprint results.
