I've contacted CIC and they said they've returned my application on Oct. 14th and until now I haven't received it. It's been more than 2 months, is that normal?
I know they mentioned that they don't provide any tracking number, however my postal office demands a tracking number to search for the package if it really arrived. What should I do?

Contact with your postel office whose code mentioned in application.
What was you NOC and time lines?

It sometimes takes upto 2 months to rcv your application back. We have members here who are still waiting. Its tough, but there's not much you can do but wait. Good luck to you
 
They returned my application 28 November noc 3131 do not worry it takes around 2 months but you know now is Christmas so it will take more than 2 months mine still not received
 
I already contacted my postal office, but they won't do anything without a tracking number.

I applied under 1122 and app reached Aug. 22nd.
 
I have read at another forum that they got documentation after 4 months.

My documentation was returned at the beginning of October and I haven't received yet. I am hoping I will.....
 
Mine was returned on 31st oct..2012....no package recieved as of now
