Hello,
if an application is return and you are required to completed some missing documents. If the missing documents is provided and you re-submitt the application to NS. Does that indicate that the application will be approved?
Please kindly reply.

Exactly, if it was returned because of missing fields, chances of approval at first stage are high, but don't forget, approval at first stage does not mean you are IN. Your local CIC will still evaluate if your claimed NOC are according the requirements after submitting full application/ reference letters etc. Good luck.
