Application returned: resend everything?

Hello everyone

My PGP was returned because of this:

The information provided in your sponsorship application is not the same information as that of the person invited by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to submit an application. Therefore, your application does not meet the requirements for processing.

The following information cannot be validated as the same:
- Status Document

In addition, your application does not meet the requirements for processing as the following item is missing or incomplete:
-Sponsor Birth Certificate
-Principal Applicant's Marriage Certificate



You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to submit the documentation listed above.

When you submit your documentation, please ensure that this letter is also included. All documents submitted must be in English or French or accompanies by a certified translation. When you submit this documentation, we will review to confirm that the person invited to apply is the same as the person who submitted an application. If it meets the requirements for processing, the application will then enter into processing based on the date that it was determined to be complete.

If you cannot provide one or more of the requested documents within the deadline, you must provide a detailed written explanation for each missing document. You must also provide any other evidence or documents you have available to satisfy the requirement.

I did attach Birth and Marriage Certificates in the first place. Also I was looking a the 1344 form that I sent, and it has a big name mistake.

My question is. Since the letter says that I have to submit those missing documents, should I submit the other forms also? The letter does not say anything about 1344 but there is a big mistake in it. Or should I send any update from the webform? Hope someone can help. thanks

Probably that’s the reason why it was returned. The names didn’t match. Correct that mistake, double or triple check everything before resubmitting again.
