Application returned - need advise regarding resubmission

Hi,

I had mailed my application on March 15th using the new checklist and latest forms. and it was returned to me (got it in the mail today) because they say it did not include the birth certificate (Baptism certificate). I got back everything in good condition. I am sure I had included the baptism certificate but..... In any case. Now my dilemma is

1. Should I use the same application form but just add the baptism certificate to it. Should I also include an affidavit for birth date. I also have school leaving certificate but the name on it is in different format than passport.

2. I had used old Option C at that point (March 2017) but now I have filed returns for 2017 should I use the latest returns. In that case should I resubmit new forms with a new/current date.

3. I also went to visit my husband after I filed the papers in March. Would it be better to redo the forms with current date and then add this trip to the list. I already have 5 visits to India as of March 2017. Will adding another trip add weightage to my form?

Can someone who resubmited the form please share their experience.

I had to update the dates as I re-sent the package 2 months later.
So, correct everything and yes, include this new trip, check everything else on the forms is correct and print them.
Add all docs needed and if you have updates to your already sent docs, change them, that's what we did.

Hi Sunron, I am also a March applicant, sorry to hear that your application was returned... it must be very frustrating I'm no expert but in my opinion, you should update as much as possible with your application. I have a question did you receive any correspondence from IRCC via mail/email or any other form before your application was returned?? or was it just sent back in the mail?

I called them on Monday Apr 30 and thety said my package was being returned. When I checked my mail box it was there. Not sure the exact date it was delivered. I had checked my mail box the previous thursday

Better you fill the fresh forms. By the way, did you submit ORIGINAL Baptism certificate as per country specific requirements OR the photocopy?

Sorry to hear that. Our application is also being returned. How long does it take from them sending it back to you got it back?
I just called agent told me ours is also being returned yesterday.
Do we need to redo all forms even if not any information changed between sending last application and applying again?
